First, try these steps:

1. Try logging in once more. An incorrect key might have been pressed by mistake.

2. Remember, your password must contain:

  • At least one special character, such as: !@#$%^&*()
  • Upper-case and lower-case characters
  • Letters and numbers 

3. Double-check your username. This is the first part of your Full Sail email address before the @ symbol. If you are not sure what your username is, please contact Technical Support

 

  STUDENTS:

 Forgot Password tool.

STAFF:

Password recovery must be done in person. 
Contact IMT HelpDesk (8888).

 

Additional steps to try:

1. Reset your browser's cookies and cache, then try signing in again. Here's how.

2. Try signing in from an alternative browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

3. Try signing in from another computer or mobile device.
