Adobe Creative Cloud (OnTheHub Renewal)

Active students: This tutorial will guide you through renewing your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription through OnTheHub.

 

If you are actively taking classes and receive the error "Your subscription will expire soon" you may need to renew your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Please note that you need to wait until AFTER your current year expires to renew it.

Step 1. Go to http://fullsail.onthehub.com/. Click on "Sign In" located in the top right hand corner of the landing page.

Note: You may need to use your old email domain (username@fullsail.edu) when signing in.

Step 2. Once you have signed in, your software will display in different tabs on your home page. Click on the "Adobe Creative Cloud" tab. 


Step 3. Click "Add To Cart".


Step 4. Click "✓Check Out".


Step 5. Make sure to read the OnTheHub Adobe Creative Cloud License Agreement before clicking "I Accept".


Step 6. Click "Proceed With Order" at the bottom of the page.


Step 7. Your new Redemption Code will appear in the Items summary. You will need this new code for activation. Copy it down and keep it in a safe place. 


Step 8. Click "Redeem Now!" to redeem your subscription.


Step 9. Go to the bottom of the page and click "SIGN IN".

Please enter the SAME EMAIL you used during your first year of Adobe Creative Cloud. If you type in a different email you may be required to contact Adobe support!

Step 10. Enter your redemption code and click "Activate Membership".

Step 11. Click "Remind me later".

Step 12. Your membership has been activated. Now, reopen your Adobe Creative Cloud App and sign back in with your Adobe ID if you've been logged out.
