While attempting to access your course page, you receive the error, " Full Sail University application, the following error message appears: "Sorry! Direct access to this page is not supported. Please ensure that you did not bookmark this page or reach it by using the back button or selecting it from your browser history. To log in to a particular service, please visit that service first."
Step 1. Close out of your browser and try to sign back in with the direct link: course.online.fullsail.edu
Step 2. Perform a browser reset.
Step 3. Try signing in with an alternate browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
