Having website issues? Resetting your web browser is your first troubleshooting step for any issues you experience on the web, including Full Sail Online. Select your web browser below and follow the instructions provided. Windows users click here.
Step 1. Open Safari and click "Safari" on the top left next to the and then choose "Clear History..."
Step 2. A pop-up will appear. Set the time range to "All History".
Click "Clear History" to complete the reset.
Step 1. Open Firefox and select "History" on the top menu bar and then click "Clear Recent History..."
Step 2. A pop-up will appear. Set the "Time Range to Clear" as "Everything." Under "Details" the following should be selected:
- Active Logins
Step 3. Select "CLEAR DATA" to complete the reset. Your cursor may turn into the spinning rainbow wheel for a few moments while the reset completes.
Step 1. Open Chrome. In the upper-left corner, select Chrome > Clear Browsing Data...
Step 2. A pop-up will appear. Set your time range to All time. Make sure the following items are checked from the list:
• Cookies and other site data
• Cached images and files
Finally, select "CLEAR DATA." It may take a few moments while the reset completes.
