FSO - HTTP Status 500 Error Message

When trying to access a page, you receive the following error message: HTTP Status 500 - Unable to get AuthnRequest.

Troubleshooting Steps:
Step 1. Click the refresh button on the browser. This will generally correct the issue and launch the requested application. If the page refreshes to a 404 error, try closing out of the browser and signing back in.
Step 2. Perform a reset on your web browser.
Step 3. Sign in with a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
Step 4. If the issue persists, please reach out to FSO Support for further assistance. Please make sure to provide screenshots, details about the error, and troubleshooting steps you have taken to correct the issue.
