If your address has changed it is essential that you inform Full Sail with your new information as soon as you're aware of the change. Please visit the My Stuff Profile page to review your current address and main phone number on file in our system. To update your information please submit the form. This form can take a few hours to update in the system.
GRADUATES: Please use this form to update your address.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS:
To view and/or update your address or main phone number:
1. Go to Connect
2. Click "View My Stuff" under your course
3. Click Profile on the left side tool bar
4. Complete the form submission
To view your Address Change status:
1. Go to your Connect profile and click on Activity
2. You will see "Submitted Forms"
3. Locate the most recent Change of Address Form. The status of the submission will be on the far right.
IMPORTANT: A $15 re-direct shipment fee PER PACKAGE and a GPS point deduction may be applied if you didn't notify Full Sail of your address change prior to the deadline.
Please note shipments returned to sender after three delivery attempts will be charged $15 to the student's account for reshipment.
Students: You are responsible for tracking their shipments and making sure you're available for the scheduled delivery or to make arrangements with FedEx to pick up their books at a local office.
If your package has already shipped:
You can change the delivery location on an existing package already on its way. Please fill out the Redirect/Re-ship Request Form (A $15 re-direct shipment fee will apply.)
