Connect - Troubleshooting

If you cannot access Connect:
Step 1. Make sure you registered for a student account and have a username and password. If you haven't created a student account, navigate to launch2.fullsail.com and locate the "Create Student Account" document. 
Step 2. Make sure you're navigating to: connect.fullsail.edu
Step 3. If you cannot remember your password, click here to reset your password.
Step 4. If you get an error message, try a browser reset and sign in again.
Step 5. If the error persists, try accessing Connect with a different browser. You can download Firefox or Chrome for free.


If you do not see any courses listed under "My Courses":
Step 1. Wait 30 minutes for the courses to populate. NOTE: Depending on when you cleared Enrollment, courses may take up to 24 hours to appear
Step 2. If after 30 minutes they're still not showing up, enter this URL directly into your browser: course.online.fullsail.edu
Step 3. Check your Schedule under "My Stuff" to see if you've been scheduled yet.
Step 4. If you still do not see class(es) listed under the Courses site, contact FSO Support at 877-437-6349.


If you're having trouble accessing your My Stuff via Connect:
Navigate directly to mystuff.fullsail.edu and enter your Full Sail credentials. You can bookmark this URL for future reference. But please remember - to get to the Connect site or your Courses you have to navigate back to connect.fullsail.edu by clicking the Full Sail University logo in the top left of My Stuff, or entering connect.fullsail.edu directly in your browser.


If you cannot access your Full Sail student email account:
Navigate to mail.fullsail.edu. Bookmark this URL for future reference. (Note there are also links to mail.fullsail.edu within Connect and within the Courses platform. But we recommend bookmarking mail.fullsail.edu directly within your browser(s).
