Setup Your Full Sail Email

ATTENTION ALUMNI: After January 11, 2018 you will encounter errors on any mail clients that use your Full Sail email (such as Outlook, your phone’s Mail app, etc.). To resolve these errors, you must re-add your Full Sail email account with the username@student.fullsail.edu format and your existing password. Please choose your device below for instructions.

Advanced Settings for Manual Setup

We strongly recommend adding your @student.fullsail.edu email address as a Microsoft Exchange account using the above steps. However, should you choose to *manually setup your account as IMAP, we have provided the server settings below.

* Technical Support may not be able to fully assist with manual setup. Please proceed with caution.

IMAP (Incoming) Server Info

  • Server Name: outlook.office365.com
  • Username: Your Full Sail email address (username@student.fullsail.edu)
  • Password: Your Full Sail password
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: Use SSL or TLS

SMTP (Outgoing) Server Info

  • Server Name: smtp.office365.com 
  • User Name: Your Full Sail email address (username@student.fullsail.edu)
  • Password: Your Full Sail password
  • Port: 587
  • Encryption: Use STARTTLS or SSL
