If you received Adobe Creative Cloud prior to March 2018, please follow this guide instead.
Eligible students receive an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription with their Project LaunchBox. This subscription remains active while taking classes at Full Sail and expires upon graduation. This tutorial will guide you through downloading and installing your Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Step 1. Check your Full Sail email for a message: "Access is granted. Enjoy All Apps plan now."
(If you can't find it, try searching your inbox for the word "Adobe" or contact Technical Support.)
Once you locate the email, click "Get Started."
Step 2. If you already have an Adobe ID under your Full Sail email address, you will be asked to sign in. Otherwise, enter your name, select a password for your Adobe products, and click Sign up.
Step 3. You should now see a Congratulations page. Click "Launch Adobe.com" to continue.
Step 5. Click Here to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.
Step 6. Open the installer file from your Downloads.
Step 7. Double click the icon to install both Creative Cloud Desktop and your app.
Step 8. If you receive the following warning, click Open.
Step 9. Enter your computer's admin password and click OK.
Step 10. Enter your email address and Adobe ID password (from Step 2) to Sign in.
Step 11. Click Start Installing.
Step 12. Your app will begin downloading and will launch when complete.
Step 13. To install your other Adobe apps, click the icon at the top of your screen and go to Apps.
